TUESDAY AM MARCH 3: Early Morning Lunar Eclipse! If the Sky is Clear look West at 4:50 AM to see the dark core of Earth`s shadow (the Umbra) put a “dent” in the upper left edge of the Moon’s disk. Over the next 45 minutes the “dent” will grow to cover the whole moon, which will take on a yellowish or reddish hue. The Moon will start come out of the Umbra at 7:03, but this will not be seen in Sudbury, as Sunrise and Moonset will come moments earlier!
